Always happy to help and support our clients through their Jara Ki yoga journey.So here are a few helpful tips in preparing for your yoga class…
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early and introduce yourself
- Mind what you eat and not on a full stomach
- Drink plenty of water before and after class and if needed small sips through class
- Wear comfortable & light clothing that do not restrict your movement
- Take your shoes off, it’s all about bare feet
- Switch off your mobile phones
- Talk to your teacher. We take everything into consideration
- Most of all honour your Body, do not be led by your ego
